trivia night

Hello everyone! I hope my new blog finds you all doing well. I must apologize for how long it's been since I've last talked to you. My mind has been in some sylvan world not wanting to work at all......not that writing my blog is work....but you know what I mean. LOL.

I've learned a lot today. My mother bought me a daily Spanish calendar to put in my office. Each day, I tear off the top sheet of paper and a new Spanish word is revealed to me. Today, much to my surprise, I tore off January 28th and there was not a new word waiting for me. Instead, there was a biography about Cristina Saralegui. Perhaps you've heard of her. She is often referred to as "the Spanish Oprah." She's written books and published her own magazine titled Cristina: La revista. I don't know what La revista is. Hopefully that's tomorrow's word. Hahahah!

ramblings

First, let me say, I am disappointed with the font selection with this blog. Second, I am a horrible writer. But I'm real. And I think people will appreciate that.

I wish I could write a cohesive blog about one topic, but my mind doesn't really work like that. I keep trying different subjects: IM at work, tampons, Barack Obama, Oprah, talk show hosts in general (I don't like them), and the lists goes on. But when I start to write, I get about 1 good sentence and then stop. That's all I got. One good sentence on a variety of topics.

That's how I was in high school and college as well. When it came time to write essays, I couldn't. My mind just doesn't go there. It stops.

So I guess there's no reason for me to write this.
